Sail Royal Greenwich

After a successful inaugural event in 2012, the world’s finest Tall Ships return to Greenwich this summer when the second edition of Sail Royal Greenwich will take place.  Running from 28th August until September 1st, Sail Royal Greenwich will feature a stunning fleet of tall ships which will sail the Thames and offer visitors unforgettable views of iconic maritime Greenwich.

The impressive fleet of Tall Ships will provide spectacular afternoon and evening cruises for the duration of their stay. You will be welcomed in the historic Royal Arsenal, where the Tall Ships are moored. This easy to reach location, with a maritime history dating back to 1671, is where the cruises depart and return to. Once on board you can relax and enjoy the London sights in style from the best vantage point imaginable.

On leaving the Royal Arsenal Pier you will sail through the Thames Barrier, towards The O2 taking in the magnificent views of the Old Royal Naval College, the Cutty Sark and Canary Wharf. The Tall Ship will pass the 0-meridian several times. There will also be a limited number of special cruises under Tower Bridge.

See the Sail Royal Greenwich website for more information and booking options.
